1. Who is offering this refund
The UNRANKED app is operated by Unranked ("we", "us"). Subscriptions to UNRANKED are sold by Unranked and processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are issued by us through Stripe.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your UNRANKED Pro or Elite subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any auto-renewal charge. We don't ask why — if you change your mind in the first 30 days, we'll refund that charge in full.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at support@riseunranked.app from the email address on your order. Include the order ID or last 4 digits of the card used, and we'll process the refund through Stripe.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Cancellations vs. refunds
Canceling your subscription stops future auto-renewals but does not on its own trigger a refund of the most recent charge. Your premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period. To both cancel and request money back, follow the refund steps above within the 30-day window.
5. After the 30-day window
Charges older than 30 days are generally non-refundable, but we'll still review reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis — for example, duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented you from using the service, or unauthorized use of your card. Email support@riseunranked.app and we'll make it right where appropriate.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts). Where local law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy, that remedy applies.
