These Terms govern your use of UNRANKED, a basketball training app operated by RiseUnranked ("we", "us") at riseunranked.app. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. Contact: riseunranked19@gmail.com.
1. Who can use UNRANKED
UNRANKED is offered in the United States.
- Adults 18 and older may create an account and use UNRANKED.
- Athletes aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian to approve their account by email before using UNRANKED. A parent or guardian must separately approve paid plans before a minor can subscribe.
- UNRANKED is not currently available to athletes under 13. Accounts that give an under-13 date of birth cannot use training or payment features.
- You must give your real date of birth.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you believe it's been used without permission.
3. Training guidance and AI
UNRANKED generates training plans and coaching, including through our AI coach, Rex. This guidance may be incomplete or wrong. It is not medical, physical therapy, or professional advice. Check with a doctor before starting a program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain. You train at your own risk.
4. Plans and pricing
Free, Pro ($7.99/month or $64.99/year), and Elite ($20/month or $159.99/year) plans are available. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your renewal.
5. Founder's Edition
Founder's Edition is offered to the first 100 paying customers at $4.99/month. Founders receive full UNRANKED access, a Founder badge, and any additional Founder benefits expressly announced as part of the Founder program. The $4.99 price applies only while your Founder subscription stays active. If it is cancelled or ends, the Founder price is lost, and rejoining is at the standard price unless we expressly offer otherwise. The Founder badge stays on your account.
6. Free trials
Where offered, a 7-day trial is available once per athlete who has never subscribed. It converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
7. Billing and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails, you keep access for a 7-day grace period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
8. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime in the app. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not refund past charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Your content
You own what you upload (videos, notes, journal entries). You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only to run UNRANKED for you.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse UNRANKED, interfere with it, access other people's accounts, upload unlawful content, or try to get around plan limits or age and parental approval requirements.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Deleting cancels any subscription immediately without a refund and permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
UNRANKED is provided "as is". We don't guarantee results, uninterrupted service, or error-free guidance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. Significant changes will be shared in the app or by email.
